On the north shore o’ the River Forth
Stands a lang toon from where did come forth
Gordon Brown and Adam Smith
Apart fae that its claim tae fame
Was a man by the name o’ Michael Nairn
He brought linoleum tae Scotland

The smell o’ the oil
As it comes thru the boil
